Cancellation Policy

Client Responsibilities and Payment Terms: The client is responsible for property preparation and restoring it to its prior condition post-shoot. Liability is limited to the service fee paid. All payments are non-refundable retainers securing the booking. Aerial Photography and Video: Aerial services are subject to safe weather conditions, unrestricted airspace, and manageable wind levels. Square Footage: Square footage is determined based on the area captured during the shoot.
